Participation in Mittsure Olympiads is open to students studying in the classes and categories as specified for each Olympiad. It is the responsibility of the participant and their guardian/school to ensure the correct category is selected during registration.
Participants must complete the registration process only through their schools.
All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
Registration may involve payment of a fee as mentioned for each Olympiad category.
All applicable fees for participation must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated due to technical or administrative reasons.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. Mittsure Olympiad is not responsible for any issues arising from such platforms.
Participation and merit certificates will be issued as per the performance criteria defined for each Olympiad.
The decision of Mittsure Olympiad in all matters related to results and rankings shall be final and binding.
All content on the website, including questions, study material, logos, and designs, are the property of Mittsure or its licensors.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content for commercial or non-authorized purposes.
Participants, parents, and associated schools must maintain respectful behavior at all times.
Any form of harassment, offensive communication, or misuse of the platform will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban or legal action.
Mittsure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Mittsure Olympiad will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of participation, technical failure, or other unforeseen events.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
