Welcome to the Mittsure Olympiad website (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Mittsure Olympiad”). By accessing or using this website or registering for any Olympiad conducted by Mittsure, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility

Participation in Mittsure Olympiads is open to students studying in the classes and categories as specified for each Olympiad. It is the responsibility of the participant and their guardian/school to ensure the correct category is selected during registration.

Registration

Participants must complete the registration process only through their schools.

All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

Registration may involve payment of a fee as mentioned for each Olympiad category.

Payment and Fees

All applicable fees for participation must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated due to technical or administrative reasons.

We use secure third-party payment gateways. Mittsure Olympiad is not responsible for any issues arising from such platforms.

Results and Certification

Participation and merit certificates will be issued as per the performance criteria defined for each Olympiad.

The decision of Mittsure Olympiad in all matters related to results and rankings shall be final and binding.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including questions, study material, logos, and designs, are the property of Mittsure or its licensors.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content for commercial or non-authorized purposes.

Code of Conduct

Participants, parents, and associated schools must maintain respectful behavior at all times.

Any form of harassment, offensive communication, or misuse of the platform will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban or legal action.

Mittsure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Mittsure Olympiad will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of participation, technical failure, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

STUDENTS & AWARDS

Tie-Breaking Criteria

In case two or more top rank holders obtain the same score in the same class and subject, the prize amount may be distributed equally among all eligible students.

If the tie still persists, Mittsure Olympiad Masters (MOM) Management reserves the right to determine the final ranking based on additional performance criteria, such as section-wise scores (for example, Logical Reasoning), wherever applicable.

Terms and Conditions

  • Taxes or Insurance have to be borne by the winner (as applicable).
  • Prizes/Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The decision of the Mittsure Technologies LLP will be final and binding against all cases.
  • Settlement of all disputes will be subjected to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts only.
  • Students who qualify for the Educational Trip must ensure that they have a valid passport and visa, arranged at their own responsibility, at least three months before the scheduled travel date.
