How to Submit a Deletion Request
Option 1: Direct Request via Email
Send an email to support@mittsure.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]"
Your email must contain:
- The email address used to register for the Olympiad.
- Your full name and participant ID (if available).
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 15 business days from verification.
Option 2: Through Your Olympiad Profile
If you have an active account, log in and navigate to:
Dashboard → Account Settings → Privacy → Request Data Deletion
Submit the form, and our team will process your request after confirming your identity.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete or anonymise:
- Your registration details (name, email, school, etc.).
- Test scores, results, and participation history.
- Any communication records with our support team.
- Profile data and preferences.
Retention Policy: Aggregate, non-personal data (e.g., anonymised performance statistics) may be retained for analytical purposes. Any personal data required for legal compliance (e.g., prize distribution records) will be retained only as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
